Appointments can be exciting, exciting and, of course, distressing! While there are many things you can do to reduce stress, one aspect you may not have considered is how creating a mindfulness attitude can help overcome the difficulties that we all inevitably encounter.
We partnered with Stop, Breathe & Think, an emotional wellness program through guided meditation and mindfulness exercises, to discover how members who used the program compared themselves to those who did not. For this analysis, we observed a subset of many We members who also used the Stop, Breathe & Think program and compared them to a group of many members who did not use Stop, Breathe & Think, but were of a similar age. Gender, location and had registered for we during the same period.
The differences were quite dramatic, good for those who practice mindfulness! First, we discovered that Stop, Breathe & Think users connected to SMB 85% more often, suggesting that users who participate in conscious meditation are more active and do more.
