Meditation improves your life as a couple

Appointments can be exciting, exciting, and, of course, distressing! While there are many things you can do to reduce stress, one aspect you may not have considered is how creating a mindfulness attitude can help overcome the difficulties that we all inevitably encounter.

We partnered with Stop, Breathe & Think, an emotional wellness program through guided meditation and mindfulness exercises, to discover how members who used the program compared themselves to those who did not.

For this analysis, we observed a subset of many members who also used the Stop, Breathe & Think program and compared them to a group of many members who did not use Stop, Breathe & Think.

but were of a similar age. Gender, location, and had registered for we during the same period.

The differences were quite dramatic, good for those who practice mindfulness! First, we discovered that Stop, Breathe & Think users connected to SMB 85% more often, suggesting that users who participate in conscious meditation are more active and do more.
